We like to ensure full transparency to create a climate of confidence, exchange and respect. During all phases of preparation and during the event itself, we are mindful of what clients are searching for, keeping line with our proposal. 

In order to stay faithful to our commitments, we carefully test all the programmes we sell our clients and as well as any partners we use.  Moreover, we accompany our clients in an introductory activity during a big event in order for them to explore our propositions.

We know through experience that we need to be locally present during big events to offer reliable services, perfectly adjusted to our logistic plan. Therefore, we create local structures and train local teams for a couple of years before the big event takes place.

For example, we owe our success in China to our human characteristic (thanks to our zeal for discovering new worlds and environments). But we especially owe our successes to our will to understand and get to know local environments. 

 

For these reasons, we spent a lot of time in situ to decipher the Asiatic mysteries. We have developed and introduced specific skills from the necessary reactions to Chinese problems, (recruitment methods, management, contracts, negotiation methods,…).

One of our most important merits is our capacity to understand and get to know the local environment.

We have learnt to diversify the projects for our clients so as to best meet their wishes, their budget and the specificity of the event.

The budgets that we present are detailed and completely transparent. Clients come to learn all budgetary details.
