Through our experience, we have learned that recruitment is the key to success.



During the course of every experience, we insist on setting up a database of all the best elements. We have also developed our own recruitment, training and support methods for our teams.



We are the ones who assure the skills transfer when teams have to grow before the event takes place. For example, we recruited and trained 150 temporary employees in 6 months for the Olympic Games of 2008 in China.


Furthermore, we have learned how to direct a team within a leadership environment in order to get the best out of each individual, but also to assure that each of them uses his or her talent for the success of the project as a whole.

Stock control software

 Since 2007, as part of the preparation of our operations at the Beijing Olympic Games, the Aristeia agency is equipped with specific software to manage events.

This software is one of the most successful to date and receives regular updates. Adaptable and scalable, it can be configured to handle multiple types of services (ticketing, hotel, transfers, flights ...) for any type of event

  

 

a)  Real-time Dissemination of Information


The software interface is accessible through the internet in safe mode.

 

It allows networking so that our offices in Paris and in other parts of the world can operate and cooperate simultaneously with the same technology. Moreover, changes made by one person will be integrated and visible for all the other users.

 

This software gives us the possibility to completely personalize the interface, in order to measure, manage and optimize the completeness of our service stocks during any type of event. 

 

b) Optimal stock management


 With the software, our teams can easily align the needs of a client with the availability of another client (and vice versa) and operate as a clearing house perfectly suited to the priorities of each other.

 

Thanks to the same software, we have a complete overview of the following stocks, per client:

 

-  Ticket sales (per date, discipline, category...),
-  Flights (date, flight hour, class...)
-  Lodging (category, type of room...)
-  Transfers (hour and point of departure, hour and point of arriving)
-  Restaurant (addresses, menu....)
-  Touristic activities (description, location...)

 


The software has achieved great success in the managing of resources during the Olympic Games of 2008 in Beijing and 2010 in Vancouver, and during the World Cup of 2010 in South Africa.

In addition, it  allowed us to conduct a quick and foolproof management of all our hospitality services.

 

Since the software has been included by Aristeia, it has been subject to different gradual updates in order to adapt to the needs of our clients.
