Nowadays, the agencies that have won the rights to hospitality are not necessarily those who have competency, tools and experience. Moreover, non-specialized agencies do not know to what extent they should value their rights.
The official credentials reassure people. In using an agency that boasts the official logos and emblems of certain events, you are buying services from an agency with the right tools, business relations, experience and knowledge of the area in question.
Unfortunately, in the majority of cases this doesn’t happen. In fact, the official rights holders face even more difficulties to create revenues via only one sponsor. Consequently, hospitality finds itself in the front line. Organizations that own the rights accredit their providers based on a purely financial logic to the detriment of the quality of service.
Suppliers chosen by purely financial criteria (often novices in the sector), have to include the entry fees in the price of the services proposed to the client, in order to put the vested rights back on a cost-effective basis.
In the end, it is the client who pays the price! The client pays for the services at an outlandish price while using an agency that is equally inexperienced for the event and the local environment.
How do we distinguish ourselves?
