Major actor of water-sports and of the windsurfing world in particular, Neil Pryde asked Aristeia Sport Communication to help them take a strategic decision regarding the development of a new business.

As a first step, Aristeia analyzed the market on an international scale (more than 20 countries) to draw an accurate picture of the competitive environment. Adapting our methods to the time constraints imposed by Neil Pryde, the second phase consisted in carrying out a qualitative study to identify key success factors and possible barriers and thus assess the market potential. After the presentation of the result of our study, Neil Pryde were satisfied as they had everything in hand to take a sensible and accurate decision.
